We suggest 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows you to unwind, change, fill out the client information form, and start your treatment relaxed and on time.

We are pleased to provide you with a cozy robe, slippers, towels and a locker to store your belongings. If having a body treatment, disposable bra and panties will be provided.

Spa facilities and appointments are recommended for individuals 18 years and older.

We wish to assure your absolute comfort and safety while visiting our spa. A brief confidential questionnaire is required upon your arrival. Should you feel uncomfortable or ill at anytime during the treatment, please advise your therapist immediately.

A 24-hour notice is required to cancel all scheduled appointments via phone only. Email or text messaging not valid.

Gift Certificates are not refundable, however, they are transferable. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash but may be used for gratuities. They may be redeemed in the purchase of products and retail items. Gift Certificates DO NOT expire, however, the price difference is expected to be rendered if there has been a price change.

Parisian honors Visa, Master Card, American Express and personal checks are accepted with proper identification.

We encourage clients to confirm 2 or 3 days prior to their reservation.

We are often asked about gratuities, gratuities are not included in your bill. Quality service is customarily acknowledged by a gratuity of 15-20%.

Pets are not permitted in the spa due to state health regulations.
